Overview: There was a time that I didn't eat nuts or seeds mainly because my son has a nut allergy. However with the recent change in my diet and as my son is older now I started to look into some nutritional facts. I now eat at least 100 grams of nuts a day.

Omega 3 nuts & Seeds:
  • Walnut
  • Pecan
  • butternut
  • Flax seeds
  • Chia Seeds
  • Mustard Seed
Nuts come in two categories, omega 3 and omega 6. When consuming nuts and seeds I make sure they are always raw and not coated in sugar, oil or salt. 
I mostly stick to omega 3 but also eat Almond and Hazel nuts too.
