Overview: Hot drinks come in all shapes and sizes. I am totally dairy free but I use Oatly in tea and coffee. Some people will say coffee is bad for you. Initially I gave it up in the first 6 months of my healing. Since then I have returned to 2 home-made cups a day without any adverse effect. Tea is ok and I can take it or leave it.
