Overview: My website is all about my personal journey which resulted in the healing of Rheumatoid Inflammatory Arthritis. I credit the healing to the knowledge I built up during my research. Whilst this website is about me, I have concluded that the information on this website may help people suffering autoimmune diseases such as (but not limited to) PSA, RA and Crohn's Disease, as well as type 2 Diabetes.

Data: I have had problems with my back, knees and ankles since about 2004 when I was only 34 years old. At the time I didn’t know that the pains were the start of Rheumatoid Inflammatory Arthritis. The undiagnosed problems persisted and in 2006 I had a key-hole operation on one of my knees but I continued to have regular swelling in both knees and ankles regularly. In December 2014 I had swelling and pain in my left ankle and I could not walk without crutches. The swelling rapidly spread to all the joints in my legs. It was ridiculous! My wife took me to the doctors who admitted me to hospital where instead of getting better I got worse. The pain was accompanied by a high temperature and Pancreatic failure They didn't know what was wrong with me and all they could do was give me powerful pain-killers and morphine. After about 5 days in hospital, I was seen by a professor who eventually diagnosed my condition as Rheumatoid Inflammatory Arthritis through blood and knee fluid tests. I was prescribed Methotrexate, Steroids, Folic Acid and Calcium supplements. I continued to live in pain and was medication dependant without the prospect of a cure, according to the NHS
