Overview: I have been a dairy and egg eater all of my life. However, since late 2017 I gave these up. All I can say is that I won't be going back. My skin is less greasy, I have less mucus and ear wax and of course I've lost weight. As for alternatives there are a ton of milk alternative drinks for tea and breakfast cereals. Eggs make me feel sick anyway (and there are alternatives for baking too). Cheese I don't miss but there are vegan cheeses on the market or better still make your own.
