Overview: This is such an interesting subject for me as I grew up eating loads of meat. Also when I was young and weight training, I believed that my body needed lots of protein to grow muscle. To lose weight I decided to eat mostly a plant based diet from December 2017. Surprisingly I have lost weight and put on muscle! For me, I totally believe that I can be on a plant based diet without suffering with protein deficiency, the evidence is just to strong!
